Can I return the item after trying it on?
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on.
What if the item is damaged or the wrong product is sent?
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our items are One Size Fits Most, recommended for 40–60kg (90–130lbs). Please check the product size guide for details.
What is the return process?
Once approved, the product must be returned unused with all packaging and accessories intact. After inspection, a refund or exchange will be issued.
Can I return the product if accessories are missing?
Items with missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep all packaging and accessories complete.
